Introduction Inchcape Ford is part of Inchchape Retail, a top 5 dealer group with a global footprint.  We have worked with them for several years and more recently have taken responsibility for their strategic digital marketing activities. With the core business objectives to put the customer first, grow after-sales revenue and increase market share we have developed a new website, a bespoke mobile site and paid search campaigns. Using our ACR (Attract, Convert & Retain) model we are linking marketing spend per channel and campaign across all activity through to lead generation and sales performance.
