Introduction
We work with Citroen across all their dealer websites in the UK and provide a range of digital marketing services. We were briefed with undertaking the creative redesign to support the global Citroën brand relaunch in the UK. As part of the project we were tasked with providing dealers with website tools to further customise their brand within the OEM brand guidelines whilst also integrating the manufacturer and dealer systems and processes to help increase productivity. We also work with Citroën across a range of other digital marketing services including driving more organic search traffic and leads to the website and social media campaigns.
Results
- Increased overall traffic by 86% (year-on-year)
- Increased Accessories Configurator leads by 195% (year-on-year)
- Newly designed and upgraded administration area up to 3 times faster – therefore less time for dealers managing their system and more time selling cars
- Customer engagement exceeded targets with more site visitors continuing their journey beyond the first page – bounce rates of 19.6%.
